People who don't know what they have write vague or misspelled titles. Pros search brand names, so these searches have less competition. Screenshot the results and scan them, or inspect anything that looks good.
Watchlist: your comp book
CL = Craigslist within 5 mi · FB = Marketplace, last 24 h · Sold = eBay sold comps. Edit the list in Loot → Comp book.
Loot
Enter three recent sold prices and the asking price. Every deal gets a loot grade and a haggle ladder showing what to pay for each tier. Junk means walk.
Example deal: replace it with yours
Haggle ladder
Each tier needs both the return multiple and the profit shown.
Open one listing and paste all of it: title, price, description and location. Add screenshots of the photos too. Claude works out what the item really is, the price the seller actually wants, what it resells for, how to get it home on the T, and how to open the negotiation.
Screenshot a Marketplace or Craigslist results page, or copy and paste the listings. Each one is matched against your comp book and graded, best loot first.
Your price memory: the items you hunt, each with its eBay sold median. Scans, the watchlist and quick-fill in Check all use it. Use exact models, and refresh the medians monthly.

Claude's estimates vs your sales
Items you buy from Inspect keep Claude's estimate. When they sell, the app compares the estimate with the real price. After 3 sales in a category, new estimates there are adjusted by your real results.
By category
After 20 flips, keep the two categories with the best $/hr and drop the rest.
Backup
A backup holds everything: items, comp book, follow-ups, settings and XP. Use it weekly, and to move between the claude.ai and standalone versions or to a new phone. The CSV is your inventory as a spreadsheet, for taxes and the repo's data/ folder.
Settings: fees, shipping, rules
The watchlist and feed scans use your comp book: Loot → Comp book.
